Digital Goods

Digital download links are live for a period of 7 days from purchase, and for a maximum of one completed download.

Downloaded documents are watermarked unique to and you may not redistribute or otherwise transfer them.

Returns

You have the right to cancel a purchase from the shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, European Railway Atlas, of your decision to cancel this contract by emailing mail@europeanrailwayatlas.com with the subject line: ONLINE SHOP RETURN

You may use our Cancellation form (MS Word document), but you don’t have to.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to email us as above before the cancellation period expires.

This does not apply in the case of faulty goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (unless you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Website Glitches

We will not be responsible for glitches on the website, such as failure to calculate the correct postage cost, and reserve the right to cancel such orders and invite the customer to re-order.
